This is a WebSDR receiver, located in Oostende, Belgium (JO11KF).
It is operated from the facilities of ON4OS, the UBA OST Radioclub in Oostende.

Put the "Autoplay Policy" to "No user gesture is required"
Restart the browser .. problem solved !
